I specialize in turning complex information into practical learning solutions that strengthen employee capabilities and support business objectives.

At Entegris, I led global technical training and workforce certification initiatives, partnering directly with manufacturing, operations, quality, and safety leadership to identify competency gaps and improve employee performance. I managed distributed training teams, enterprise learning systems, and training priorities supporting global operations. Key accomplishments included reducing time-to-proficiency by 50%, improving global on-time training completion from 60% to 92%, and helping reduce operational shipping errors at a key facility from 20% to zero within 60 days, with results sustained for nine months.

I'm also the creator of Called to Lead, a leadership development training program designed to equip new and emerging managers with practical skills in communication, coaching, accountability, and team leadership. The program includes structured learning sessions, facilitator resources, participant activities, and video-based instruction
