Power BI Reporting

Developed Entegris’ Power BI reporting analytics solution, which featured multiple data views, including: Global, Divisional, and Site Summaries: Comprehensive overviews of training metrics at various organizational levels.​
 
  • Tracking KPI Metrics: Detailed reports on assigned, completed, % completed relative to assignments, % completed on time, pending, and late training.
  • Upcoming Training Requirements: Forecasts to prevent training overload.
  • Training Hours: Reporting on the number of training hours delivered annually, quarterly, and monthly.
 
The training dashboard was made available online for relevant stakeholders, providing real-time access and insights into training performance and requirements.

Role-Based Training at Entegris
 
  • Initiative: Spearheaded a role-based eLearning platform.
  • Scope: Focused on equipment operations globally, applied processes, and performance checks.
  • Responsibilities: Developed a comprehensive implementation plan, collaborated with SMEs, organized training content, assigned roles, monitored progress, and provided feedback.
  • Outcome: Successfully completed the 2-year project on time and within budget.

Content Development & Delivery:

Collaborated with Entegris’ global departments to create SCORM-compliant training materials using Articulate 360. This initiative aimed to enhance user engagement and improve content effectiveness. Key outcomes include:
 
  • Enhanced Learning Outcomes: Post-tests indicated higher learning outcomes compared to pretests.
  • Improved Content Retention: 90-day assessments demonstrated better user retention of content compared to other training methods such as classroom sessions, TEAMS meetings, PPTX presentations, or videos.

This approach significantly boosted the effectiveness of training programs and user engagement.

Automated Entegris Global Training Assignments:

Automated training assignments for HR, Legal, IT, and Safety departments across all employees globally. This was achieved through:
 
  • WorkDay Integration: Utilized Location, Job Family, and Sub-family groups to ensure precise training assignments.
  • SumTotal LMS Audiences: Created targeted audiences in SumTotal LMS to streamline onboarding and annual compliance training.
  • SCORM-Compliant Materials: Uploaded SCORM-compliant training materials to enhance employee engagement and interactivity.

This approach optimized the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery worldwide.
